Nucleus Foundation (“we”, “us”) serves as the secretariat of the Asia Tea Alliance (“ATA”), manages delegate registration and collects event fees through nucleus.lk/nexus. Your registration and payment agreement is with Nucleus Foundation. By registering, you agree to these terms.

• You must provide accurate registration and contact details and use this website lawfully.
• The registration fee, currency and any applicable charges will be shown before payment. Prices may change before registration is confirmed.
• Registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through PayHere. An electronic ticket will then be issued. We do not store your full card number or security code.
• We may decline or cancel a registration because of limited availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel your registration, we will refund any payment received, less any actual bank transfer charges, following the process in our Refund Policy. The 14-day delegate cancellation deadline does not apply when we cancel your registration.
• Your ticket is issued to the named delegate and is required for entry. Please email secretariat@asiateaalliance.org before the event to request a change of delegate.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Delegates are responsible for obtaining any visa and travel documents required to attend. Any invitation or supporting letter we provide does not guarantee visa approval. We are not responsible for visa decisions, processing delays or related costs. Cancellations arising from visa refusal or delay are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Event dates, venues, speakers and programmes may change. We will notify registered delegates of material changes. If the event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be available under our Refund Policy.
• Delegates must behave respectfully. Organisers may remove anyone whose conduct is unlawful, unsafe or seriously disruptive.
• Event materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other consequential losses arising from event changes, cancellation or inability to attend. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law, without affecting any mandatory rights that apply to you. The version accepted when you register applies to your booking.
