We highly appreciated the smooth and in time process of the whole evaluation including proposal, contracting and final reporting… Design and presentation as well as the contents and results of the final evaluation report satisfied our expectations completely. The comprehensive list of conclusions and recommendations was helpful for developing strategies for a sustainable future development of the evaluated project. 

Nucleus Services carried out surveys and data analysis in social development issues to support the development of the baseline report for the project. They were responsible to finalise and pilot two data collection tools, to conduct the data collection, enter data into a database, clean data, provide the required analysis based on specific disaggregation needs and write the baseline report… We greatly appreciate the commitment and dedication of Nucleus, which enabled them to successfully complete the consultancy contract and are totally satisfied with the final delivery of the assignment.

As a Firm and through its individual staff, Nucleus played an especially crucial role in the creative and flexible ways it responded to challenges in the field work conditions and several unexpected shifts in the schedule. It clearly went beyond the strict terms of its contract in ensuring that all deliverables were completed competently and on time.

Nucleus Foundation has implemented an external evaluation of the UTZ certified tea program in Sri Lanka… We are very satisfied with the evaluation team for the good work and pleasant cooperation. The evaluation report was well received with UTZ. 

During the course of this assignment Nucleus performed their work to a very high standard. Overall, ACTED was very pleased with the quick and efficient manner Nucleus worked to develop tools, conduct the field work and prepare the final report. 

The GIZ VTN project commissioned a baseline survey of the Northern region from March to April 2012… In November 2014, VTN commissioned the Nucleus Foundation to implement a tracer study of trainees that had completed training courses supported by the project… Nucleus Foundation successfully completed both assignment. They have maintained efficiency and professionalism and delivered on all agreed tasks to meet the objectives of the assignment. 

A key feature if their ability to draw in the required expertise for the different aspects of the project as well as to work in all of the local languages… the final report submitted by Nucleus Foundation met all of the quality requirements of SFCG. it was well written, analytical and presented in a reader friendly manner. In fact it was one of the best evaluation reports that SFCG has received during the last years.
